Today's WOD:
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
What is a Tabata? Unfortunately, it's not a Ciabatta.Tabata: For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise. Hence today's workout will only be a deceiving sixteen minutes of fun. This is a great partner WOD because one person can count and keep time and the other person can grind it out.

CIABATTA! OMG...I had to Google the spelling. Haha! Only got a 281 today. Not what I was shooting for. My pull ups suck. I think out of the whole batch I did a lot of swinging and not a whole lot of pulling. Haha!
Hm. New schedule is up...check it out and let me know what you think.
