CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

CIABATTA! OMG...I had to Google the spelling. Haha! Only got a 281 today. Not what I was shooting for. My pull ups suck. I think out of the whole batch I did a lot of swinging and not a whole lot of pulling. Haha!

Hm. New schedule is up...check it out and let me know what you think.

Lo

Schedule looks awesome! Thanks for all your hard work.

DJ

Yeah I did a whole lot of swinging and not so much pulling either. Schedule looks great and see most of you folks tomorrow.

sakura

Coolio. Sent the sched to Lo so we might have some in the gym for people to grab. Perhaps take them to work? Hm...

DUDE. We totally killed DJ and Josh on the squats. Heh. =]

Josh

My little polio legs can't do a lot of squats.

Teri Giles
