A few updates for CrossFit Solano:
We have updated our schedule to accomodate our CrossFitters. If you'd like to have a class at a time that isn't offered, please email us at info@crossfitsolano.com and suggest a time. If enough interest is generated for a time, we will consider adding on a class. We'd also like to note that if you arrive late to a class time, you will be requested to attend a later class time. It is not fair to CrossFitters who show up early or on time and be delayed by a late athlete.
We have posted prices. Most of our current CrossFitters are due for payment. We'd like to make sure that you have options when it comes to packages. Please check out our prices pages and choose which one best suits you. If you have any questions about our packages, please send us an email or fill out our information form on the prices page.
At CrossFit Solano, we want to make sure our CrossFitters get the most out of their time in our box. We have made these decisions based on our best judgement. Should you have any suggestions such as new class times, packages you would like offered or even which brand of toilet paper you like, please let us know. We take your suggestions quite seriously and are willing to "work them out".

I'll miss you guys and the gym! I think Kaela will too...but she'll practice her squats!
The plan for Fran at 6-7,000ft is still a go for tomorrow morning at 0600 at my parent's gym. I will be WODding with Phil Stablein who is working on the Reservation. He is a CrossFitter from back East I believe.
Wish me luck. Perhaps this time you'll see pictures of me on the ground 'cause you've never seen me on the ground, have ya guys?

Is Kaela gonna do it too? hahaha Wow Sakura, can't wait to see the pics- I bet you do just fine, and when you want to put the weight down just pretend I am yelling and counting your reps- just like yesterdays sit ups!

Fran at 7000 feet?!? Not thats just crazy, I'd be weezing like a 90 year old.
As for today, I did Lynne. 225 bench, I weight 222 today.
9 bench/ 15 pullups, 8/15, 6/14, 4/12, 6/14
Numbers are approx, I am posting this at work. But, it was a fun one.

Wow!Sakura and Kaela didn't even say they were going to miss me. J/K. Carl is lying about his weight. All I gotta say is that it's great to weigh about 4 pood! What up, Josh!
