CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Just got home from the Thanksgiving Day WOD and I have to say I had a great time. Everyone worked hard, had fun, and in the end the Black Team pulled it out for a win. Good job every one I had a "ball" or maybe a wallball.

GO GREEN TEAM! We might've gotten second place but at least one of our teammates lost her breakfast and got to sign the bucket! I think we get extra points for that. Thanks to each and every person who came out, participated, or was a spectator, and then tossed back a couple of cold frosty beverages! You can't do these things at Globo gym! Happy Thanksgiving all and load up on the Turkey and fixings because its a ZONE free day (OMG Sakura no zoning on Turkey Day)! ALSO GYM IS CLOSED TOMORROW FRIDAY AS EVERYONE NEEDS A BREAK! CLASSES RESUME ON SATURDAY NORMAL SCHEDULE SEE ATTACHED

HAPPY BELATED THANKSGIVINGS!!!!

So, I think I ate a whole pumpkin pie...with whipped cream too. Seriously. I ate like at least 1lb of turkey and everything else. OMG. It was craziness! I saw my family in AZ and we took pics of 4 generations with Kaela, me, my mom and my grandma. Super! =]

I missed you guys and gals but can't wait to get to the gym. Funny thing too...with all the food and fast food during traveling...I actually lost weight. Heh. GO CROSSFIT!!!!
