CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Lo

Man- That was a rough day! Mr. Joshua, and I was going against much bigger beasts them me- DJ and Carl. It was 5rds- run 400m, 30 GHD sit-ups and 125lb deadlift (for me, the big boys did heavier weight). I finished him off in just over 28min knocking over 10 minutes off my last time. THANKS FOR THE PUSH GUYS!

DJ

Good job LoLo, Yeah Mr.Joshua was an a55 kicker! I don't know what my old time was but I too think that I shaved 10 minutes off to get down in the sub 25 minute zone. OMG Sakura (that was for Josh and Cindy) I'm glad you are back and taking over the post's I was starting to get writters block! Welcome home and can't wait to see you a the box.

Haha! Hard coming up with posts sometimes, huh.

Ummm. Be in at 9am tomorrow morning. Depending on how I feel I might do a WOD but I'm supposed to lay off for a couple of days.

Erin Davidson from CrossFit Tribe in Phili says what's up. =] Maybe she'll comment...Erin... ;]
