CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

DUDE! I looked HELLA GOOD running after that deer, huh? ;)

Atom Ant

Sweet post CFS.

DJ

yes Sakura you are very fast that poor dear did not stand a chance! I had to watch these videos before yesterday's WOD because I was feeling blaa and I knew it was going to be a slug fest! Had some of the morning class (Jeff, Jerome, Fabio) do the PT Assessment (great job by all) and turned Stacie into a woman (3 Rounds for time of 5 "woman makers", 10 situps, 250 Meter row)

DJ

And damn Nike sure makes some good commercials!

Lo

Guess we are all out of excuses! See you at the box!
Sakura- you are hella fast! Are you bringing that deer to dinner?

Jewels Rod

I'm motivated...I swear!! :) Lucky me, I caught a killer cold last week. :( I hope I'm better by Thanksgiving...sounds fun. If not, Happy Thanksgiving to all! Now send me some "get-better-soon" vibes!! :)

sakura

Get better soon vibes...not sure about the vibes but I'm sure we can make up a "get better soon" WOD. Muahahaha! JK.

Hope you feel better. #[ I won't see you until Friday if you swing by the gym. We're going to the AZ.

p.s. Sorry I didn't bring the venison to dinner, Lo. I didn't have time to skin it, clean it, gut it, etc. But I bet that bat you found this evening wouldn't have taken long! Heck! I could have just popped it on a stick and roasted it over your range...5 minutes and we woulda had raosted bat! ;) I hear they're a decent source of protein.

T Giles

OMG That 1st video was amazing!! Agreed- NIKE ROCKS!!!
