CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Yes Annie is my Crossfit Heroine too! She and Nicole Carol are the reasons that I began doing Crossfit, can anyone say Nasty Girls! They both make it look so easy that one foolishly thinks "oh I can do that" and then quickly finds out that they can't. I think that I might row instead of run today just for the fact I haven't gone for distance on the rower in quite sometime.

Lo

Watch out Annie and Nicole~ Sakura and Lo will one day do Nasty Girls! =) I am on a five year plan...

I wanted to post nasty girls with the original trio: Annie, Nicole and Eva T. Though, I can't seem to find it anywhere! I used to--YES, UH HUH--have it saved to my lap top but recently cleaned up some files. DAAAAANG!

Yeah, Annie's a stud! She's like 5ft nothin' and weighs 100 nothin' pounds! She's super athletic and just a super person all-around. If you guys ever get the chance to visit CF Santa Cruz Central, for sure hook up with her. She's an amazing instructor!!

Totally rockin' the five year plan, Lo! I just hope that in five years I will be as buff as Annie. That ish is hot, yo! Pennies won't be rollin' off my muscles, they'll be hoppin' and skippin' down! Hahaha. Yes...I know..."dork"...

Ran 3.6mi in 24.52 with Kaela monkey. I have a 1.8mi route mapped out but not a 5k. So, I just doubled the 1.8. Got in some Martinez hills on the route too...killer! OMG. Not my best time by any means but it got the job done.

See you guys tomorrow at 10am!

DJ

I decided to row a 5K rather then run the 5K. Did it in 18:40 which I was happy and sad about at the same time. Happy because I hadn't rowed that far in quite sometime and sad because when I used to row it was much much quicker and easier. I think I'm just getting OLD!

Jeff

I think you both are sick in the head....Carl and I decided to go the safe route and take our chances with the HOPPPPPER DECK.....hahahaha...good job to both of you.....oh and DAPO you still owe us a RX FRAN when you come back.....
