CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

HOLY FRICKIN' COW! Come to find out it was 7000' and I went from 7 and change to 9:42. I almost killed myself doing kips on the tower they had so I attempted to muscle my way up half the time.

Doing the first 21 was horrible. I couldn't even do 7-7-7. I was like 4 deep and was already tired! The weight was nothing but it was the breathing. Dang. Well, at least I know I can handle the weight better! Haha!

I wanted to film it but my mom went with and she did her work out and had to go to work. Dad stayed home with Kaela because she was still sleeping. Dude. Who ever gets up at 430am (CA time) to do Fran is nuts...or just a star struck CrossFit nerd.

BTW...I already knew Jolie and Freddy. It was Nicole that blew me away! Trust me, we've already gone on our Santa Cruz celebrity drive with Annie, Rob, Brendan and Shari. Super awesome people! Even did a WOD at Santa Cruz Central. Now I need to meet Eva T.
