CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

So I'm waiting in this REALLY long line at Comcast...seriously?! All in the name of UFC, BJ Penn and my darling husband. Yeah.

Tired too.

Amazing job to all those who battled "Nicole" yesterday and today. I saw all those names on the board this morning and was so proud! :)

say wha

When was the fairwell workout supposed to take place? I think I missed it..............

Correction on the fees they do not rise until 021509, and that is only for new members. Current members will remain at their current rates so if you have someone who is thinking about joining get them down there now! The Ruiner WOD will be on 020309. I will only be doing the hour of power as I'm getting to be an old man and the "beer wolf" has been put to den.

JUST FIXED THE TYPOS. Sorry folks. This is what happens when you have a whole lotta A and very little B. (A is stuff to do and B is sleep)

who-lee-ahh

As a birthday present to Fabio (it's his birthday tomorrow), I say he gets..hmmmm... an extra hard WOD. Say "Kelly" (tomorrow's WOD) plus tabata sit-ups or squats or hey, how about both! Or wait, I know, he was really looking foward to doing the 75 thrusters. Maybe you guys can tack those on to his WOD. OK, so some may think... what a mean wife. To that I say, I'm fully aware of my husband's CrossFit addiction and am just here to support him. ;)

Sad BJ Penn lost...sigh...our CrossFitter. But tomorrow is Fabio's birthday and I have a special post for him. =]

Century club looks fun...BUT...I'm out. Ruiner, I wish you a speedy return!Good luck to all of you crazy kids with this one!
If you want to make this event REALLY interesting you should make the beverage of choice be from the malted variety, i.e. Mickey's, or Old english. Think about it, 3 40's would run you less than 10 bucks AND you would have 20 oz's left over to pour out to fallen homies...lol!

Lo

Just got home- we didn't win the ice fishing tourney! Robot was a good athlete, came in 8th (ish) out of 30. I saw ish, cause I am not sure of the exact placement.

Watch the century club tonight, yuck! I think I will pour for all those taking part and sip and my own pace my beer!

See you in the morning =)

logizzle

ok for all those who don't wanna do the century in doing a shot at love with captain and cindy ...

Lo
