CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

For the last 6 years I've tried/started but never finish a diet,gym,etc..I started CFS on 1-28 of this year, flabby, out of shape and feeling that this body/fat that has been me for 6yrs is ME and that nothing is going to change. But OMG!!! Over the last few weeks I've notice toning in my thighs, arms and shoulder even some rolls are getting smaller or even gone! CFS-THANK YOU,THANK YOU SO MUCH for showing me that yes I can get out of this fat suit.

Lo

For those interested in telling me their successes- I am looking for information you 1.) feel you can share as it will be posted at one point 2.) changes, health/weight/eating habits 3.) have daily tasks become easier- how so? 4.) is CF helping you at work? 5.)made new friends 6.) notice more attention from a loved one etc... please add whatever you want and make it your story. Give more info then not enough, but only add what you can share. Also, use e-mail, not the comments so I can stay on top of it.

Thanks.

DJ

Want to say good job to Beasty for putting together an awesome team WOD for a group of us this morning. The intensity really picks up when you don't want to let the others in your group down. I look forward to making other CFSers do this WOD in the very near future.

Liz

Hey you guys!

I just heard that Beyonce is having a contest for best music video to her newest song, Single Ladies! I really think this is the winning video (speakers on please)

Jeff

Yeah, good Job Carl for making that wod....good times....I think we should have made you do twice the work then we would have stood a chance against QUADZILLA AND FRIENDS....hahahahah

DJ

Liz ahhhh that song, I'm about to throw that CD out of the gym because when I hear it my ears start to bleed a little. But thank you Liz for finding our warm-up for tomorrows classes and how did you know what I was going to wear to the next Zumba Class. That guy is quite the dancer.

Davey G

Now that we are no longer following the main site, what are the chances of the WOD being posted the night before?
It would be nice to know what to expect the night before like with the main site does.

Thanks,
The dripper

Frank Poncherello

I agree with The Dripper....

DJ

Dave you know the excitement you get on Christmas Morning when you wake up and you have no idea what presents Santa has put under the tree? I'm offering that 365 Days a year Dripper. You should be so excited to see what the WOD is that you go to bed early just to jump out of bed at 0500 AM to see what the day has in store!

Goolia

So, Fabio is having an identity crisis. He thinks he's Ponch from Chips. And BKnight is Baker. Ha! They do kinda look like them though huh?
Um, do me a favor DJ, do NOT wear that outfit to Zumba!! I had a hard enough time staring at Gizzle's "enormous cockpit" shirt this week!

logizzle

don't be a hater goolia and besides if you hate it so such you should buy some crossfit solano swag to get your anger out.
