CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Sweet shirt. as soon as they're up let me know.
BTW, I hit a 1000# total the other night. PR'd in all three lifts.

Lo

Dustin and I moved the wedding wod so my mom can attend- hope you can all stick around after the 6:30pm class for cake and refreshments.

Again, thank you Maris for making all of our days yesterday the city was a blast.

Suz you can return the shirts or complain about the printing and Cafe Press will take care of you (so long as it is within 30 days of purchase). I called the 800# it only took about 5 minutes, they let me keep the shirt and put the money back on my card.

I want to thank everyone who went to the Climb California Event Yesterday. After going to the funeral for the fallen four and then to work on Friday I was emotionally and physically drained. Showing up for the event on Saturday with everybody smiling and having a great time rejuvenated me. Maris thank you for talking us on a beautiful walking tour of San Francisco. I especially enjoyed our many beer "pit stops" and the old time arcade down on the water front. I was blessed to be around great people on such a wonderful day.
So after we walked and walked and walked yesterday we meet back up at CFS to pick up all of our vehicles. As you can imagine a quick check of the coolers revealed the beers to be still chilly. Just as Lo, Logan and I were getting ready to walk out Josh comes strolling in. Josh says he's working out and going to make up 'Helen.' We all pop another top and get ready to watch Josh slug it out. Josh performed 'Helen' in an astonishing 9:00 Minutes flat! It was freaking AMAZING! We were all blown away that this freak of nature could walk in after working 12.5 hours and smash that WOD with little prep time, I don't even think he warmed up. Again Josh great job!

Maris

I hate Josh!

Carl

T. NO

Nice Butt.

Lol. I don't think you are supposed to be posting comments like that from work, "T. NO". Besides, I think I stumbled in to some "good lighting" there...

And yes, we have a beachy theme in that bathroom. You guys should see the rest of it. =]

bob
