CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Fathia-missing but not really

Hey, how come my picture isn't up? I'm missing!! Not to worry I'll be back next week. By the way I went to the CF nutrition cert. by Robb Wolf on Saturday (that's why I didn't go to the Cal climb). It was great; I learned so much. I can't wait to start implementing what I learned.

I guess we need to come up with a date, and see how many people are interested in the CF nutrition cert summary (I'm not sure how to call it?!).

Sampson

I'm interested in the nutrition cert summary.

Suz

I'm interested in the CFS Nutrition Seminar too....

saki

hm...

Big D aka Slim D aka Big Sexy

I am definitely interested in a nutrition class. I just got enter the zone and the top 100 zone foods so a class on zone nutrition would be great

Fathia-missing but not really

I don't want to give false hope, but just to let you know, the nutr.class won't be on Zone alone. There will be other informative stuff.

saki
