CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

chalk socks? a BOSE sound system so we can have surround sound of logan's "it's raining men" remix while we WOD on. ;) perhaps a heating and cooling system. fans with misters for the summer and HUGE mirrors so we can look at ourselves while we flex our muscles. yes, yes. maybe even that chick in the video as a guest trainer...but only if she can teach me those killer squats and knees to elbows!

gizzly bear

man saki that about sums it up besides the fact that we need a working wet bar ....

Dynamax

I would like to see the use of the 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick manila ropes. It would be good for strength and cardio and add a little variety in our workouts.

CARMEN

Maybe alittle area were kids can sit, play,do homework and not be in the way while parents get owned by the WOD :)
Something made out of steel and BIG pad locks...What!! I have two wonderful boisterous little boys.

F-Rod

How about a cotton candy machine, a sleeping bag and a Tampico Orange Juice dispenser?

Lo

I think that is a fabulous idea f-rod.

one day children will be more "welcome" for now it is a safety concern as athletes are lifting heavy weights and children running around can be a distraction. your kids were fine sitting on their chairs outside and with the nice weather it shouldn't be a problem.
