CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Sampson

I took about 30 seconds off but great job to all this morning it was one hell of a fight to watch everybody.

The Row Queen

I did a good job, the first time I actually got to really do FRAN since being released medically. I did it in 9:55 with low weight but I did manage to start doing my WODs with the grey band instead of jump pull ups. I feel really good....minus the pain my body is screamin at me!!!!! I suppose I have to start back on the row machine again because my shin splints are killing me. Love the Crossfit pain though :) Yea, great job everybody so early this morning, I enjoy working out with everybody that comes to Crossfit Solano.

Lamo

I am in the picture with the zumbaers but you can't see me in the window...
