Everybody rocked the 5K and 10K today I was very impressed by the effort everyone threw at this WOD. I always think that running is 90% mental, 10 % physical. Usually I can plug in my Ipod or lock my inner voice into a dark little dungeon until I'm done with the WOD but today I felt like this guy!and well on the last half of the run I came up with this great idea for a Nike Commercial but apparently they already bet me too it. So much for being a one hit wonder... Here's to man-boobs
Today is a scheduled rest day but since the gym is closed we decided to post a WOD to leave you good and sore until the weekend. Here it is courtesy of Steve H:
"The Filthy 50" For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees

YEAH!!!!!!!!! FILTHY 50...what a way to start the holiday weekend.....If you have not given this one a try it is a fun one.....
Stupid work gettin in the way....I actually would love to work this day and see everyone give all they have, but Ill be stuck at work...
We will see everyone in a week or so....have a safe and fun holiday weekend...

I want to know how much of Jeff and Jeanettes post did Liberty really contribute. With those paws, there would be double the typos amd terrible punctuation. Don't get me wrong, that dog is a poet, but unless the Tais' keyboard has enormous keys, someone must of typed what Liberty was saying.

Hey Suz, how did the 5K go?
Ziggy tells me what to write all the time, he is an excellent source for posts.
