CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Welcome Alex and Phil... it seems you have passed our crazyness test so you can crossfit all the time! I remember my first 3 days especially. Cindy, then fran, then eva. It was great :-P I swear you guys were trying to kill me!

You can ask Jeff or Dj about my second day wod, "wow" I thought I was going to die. I couldn't walk for like three days. Good times :D

Lisa C.

Not that I had to complete the three or four day beginner's WOD but I had Carl my first day and we all know what a hard ass Carl is!! Well let's just say, I didn't walk or come back to Crossfit for two or three days!!! It was awful!! I look back now and I really appreciate the seriousness that Carl put into my WOD. I think some of people might not come back after the first WOD and those that do are true athletes and have hearts of gold!! Thanks Carl, you ROCK!!

Maris

Welcome Alex and Phil!

lo

I remember my first wod was fran....terrible first impression!

Maris

Team workouts rawk! Thanx Randy and Chad for a good time!

Matty P

Good job morning class. A tip for anyone else doing the team wod, if it says to have 3 people for the team make sure you have 3 people! 2 people was "fun" as you will see when you look at mine and andre's time :P... It was so worth it tho lol

Sampson

My first was a 10 min Cindy and it was horrible I was sore for at least a week but when I started going on th regular it was the best choice I ever made. I've meet a lot of great people and done things I never thought I would do. So to all the new people stick with it the first month is the hardest I swear it gets easier, and before you know it you will be comming back to finish a wod you had to leave half way for and doing almost 300 pull ups in one day.

Cindy

My first Wod was our Thanksgiving team workout and I was very sore for about a week.

Jeff

My First wod was Cindy which I did with Carl and DJ....and there was no box it was at the original garage at DJ's house...and I rocked a whole 8 rounds in 20 minutes then never showed back up for about a week....haahhaha

Great job to everyone this morning...and Thanks Teeeee for deciding to double up on the wods forcing me to join the wod

lo
