Please help me welcome ALEX! Alex is Suz's daughter, she has completed all of her introduction classes and came in for her first "official" wod- "HANSEN". We scaled it a little as you all know how hard it was, but she pushed through and brought such an intensity level that it didn't matter it was scaled. Great work Alex!
Here she is rockin' "Hansen":
Do you remember your first WOD? What was it? How long did it take you? What weight did you use? Did you meet "Pukie"?
Te^6 brought a friend, Phil, on Sunday, he experienced Day 1 and did great- 7:20 RX'd. Sakura even got him to kip! After his WOD, Te^6, Randy, and D all did 100 sit-ups. We hope to see Phil around the box!

Not that I had to complete the three or four day beginner's WOD but I had Carl my first day and we all know what a hard ass Carl is!! Well let's just say, I didn't walk or come back to Crossfit for two or three days!!! It was awful!! I look back now and I really appreciate the seriousness that Carl put into my WOD. I think some of people might not come back after the first WOD and those that do are true athletes and have hearts of gold!! Thanks Carl, you ROCK!!

Good job morning class. A tip for anyone else doing the team wod, if it says to have 3 people for the team make sure you have 3 people! 2 people was "fun" as you will see when you look at mine and andre's time :P... It was so worth it tho lol

My first was a 10 min Cindy and it was horrible I was sore for at least a week but when I started going on th regular it was the best choice I ever made. I've meet a lot of great people and done things I never thought I would do. So to all the new people stick with it the first month is the hardest I swear it gets easier, and before you know it you will be comming back to finish a wod you had to leave half way for and doing almost 300 pull ups in one day.

My first Wod was our Thanksgiving team workout and I was very sore for about a week.
