Bob It's easier than fran and the snatch wod the other day. And Cindy heathers foot is doing better she can stand on it but still not walking on it yet

Thanks everyone at Cross Fit for wishing me a happy birthday and making yesterday's wod fun!!
I hate my schedule too and have no idea how I am going to work Cross Fit in. I miss everyone too! I will be in for the next 3 weeks, but then who knows!!

Yeah this work thing is diffently getting in the way of my CrossFitting. Pizza I forgot that you didn't do Elizabeth yesterday! LOL no wonder you were prodding me to go faster. Sensei my ass you took the pebble from my hand today grasshopper! It was almost like old times except we were missing the Dripper! I miss that big (now little) guy!
