CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

DJ

I think Caroline's comment back to the cop was something to the effect of "is that a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" Great time everybody thanks again for making the day great and of course full of memories.

gizzzle

you dang kids ... can't take you anywhere.

heather

i had alot of fun at the game, didnt start off to well but end with a win and had a great time with everyone, well good night to all im guessing i will not be there for the morning classes since im still awake night

Maris

If you weren't there last night, I'm just not sure you'd understand the evening. It was one of the most bizarre evenings of my life. Can’t wait for next year, but I‘m not driving next year.

A huge thanx to my brother LEO's that caught the jackass that fled.

Cindy

How are you feeling today Maris? Teresa? everyone else from Maris' car?
Caroline, do you still like us?
Hope everyone is doing okay.
It really was a bizarre evening, but I still had a great time with everyone!
See everyone in the afternoon for Grace.

kate

Haha it sounds like ya'll all had a very exciting night, it was so uplifting to hear everyone's happy little voices in the moments before DJ hung up on me like a bully. i watched the rest of the game and looked for your faces, i can't wait to be back...half way there :)

lo

Last night was SUPER weird, but a SPECTACULAR evening anyway! Let's do it again....this time skip the accident and Bryan's pole dancing!

Bryan

You didn't like my pole dancing Lo? :(

Cindy

We all enjoyed the pole dancing Bryan. I think Sampson enjoyed it the most though.

Cindy

I have to change that because I don't think Sampson actually saw the pole dancing but he enjoyed the torn jeans the most.

BKnight

I need additional information on this night......Josh, Dripper sounds like our old SF exploits!!

lo

it's not that i didn't like your pole dancing- i just enjoyed your "victory, giants won" dance so much more!
