CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

My shift to be dunked is 1200-1300 : (

NO accurate throwers allowed!

lo

are you going to be showing off that "biggest loser" body?

gizzzle

bobby if you want the texas shorts you can borrow them ...

Lori Lee (aka: Auntie Yodi to Lo!)

Hey All,...

Sorry I have missed the last couple of days,...painful feet and knees have me limping around a bit--ouch!

Hey as a reminder for next Saturday's BBQ starting at 5pm and Fight Night 7pm...if you can, please RSVP me by Thurs night so I can plan / buy accordingly on Friday---

And,... wear black and red (our Kaj school colors) if you can. Here's why--We are going to include a little "secret" congratulations cake and acknowledgement for Mitch Powell (Matty P's dad) being promoted to Grandmaster!! As some of you may know,...this is an amazing accomplishment that very few individuals can ever hope to achieve in a lifetime--- Eventhough he has been training in the arts for 35 years,.."Pappy" is the youngest GM in the Kajukenbo system (but of course Matty P. is certainly working hard to catch up!!).

We will have plenty of chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs and I think one of my buddies to doing a tri-tip...pizza, sodas, chips, dip, fruit salad, etc. I think Momma Bear is bringing her ricekrispy treats and chocolate fountain too--but if anyone has good ideas for extra desserts or sides....bring em'!!!

See ya there,... :-)
Yodi & Sobe

Suz

Lori, Steve and I will definitely be there. (and we will wear black and red too.) What an awesome achievement for Matty's dad! I will bring No-Pudge brownies! will you be a tthe box this week? I need to get your table and chairs to you.

Matty P

Hey Lori, I think I might make it I dont know... I'm not to sure who this "grandmaster" is, I guess thats pretty cool though :P. Just playing, hope to see you all there, eating food and watching people be beatin and bloody is the best! Well maybe crossfit is better but thats a toss up! lol

Lori Lee (aka: Auntie Yodi)

Matty P you crack me up dude---!!

Suz,...yes, I plan to train every day-- The Chief is on vacation the next two weeks so---maybe the mice will play?? Just kidding--- :-)

I have Kaj after each WOD day except Monday...if that doesnt work perhaps we can just stack them in the other box for a Friday pickup??

Yum yum,..brownies!!!!!

Bobby aka. white lightning, formerly Pizza Knight

I am going to have nightmares tonight about being dunked in the dunk tank!!! And Logan those TX short would have come in handy.....I was unaware how many people actually got such satisfaction by dunking a COP!!!

Lori, I plan on being there at the fight baring any childcare issues....don't worry though I eat light.....as Josh put it the other day, he told me I'm "the biggest F#*king loser in the this gym!"......wait was that a compliment ????

Alex

Lori,
Courtney and I will be there! I hope to see you around the gym before then.
