CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Bryan

Liberty looks HAPPY? Looks to me like a vicious attack dog ready to pounce!

Good job on the improvements ladies!

Oh, and I definitely hope to catch a ride to the ballpark, as I fully intend on getting HAMMERED!!! (Don't worry, I'll make sure to wear my CROSSFIT SOLANO shirt, so everyone knows where I'm from!)

We should tailgate as well.

Cindy

I think everyone that shows up for the rest day should do Hansen.
It is a WOD that everyone should have the opportunity to experience.
I promise it is lots of fun.
I didn't taste vomit in my mouth until the 5th round and about the same time Josh was wishing he was still in bed with pneumonia.
Like I said...lots of fun. Try it.

Lo did a great job and finished first and she was the only one out of the 3 of us doing it RX.
Good Job Lo!

Sampson

Hey Cindy That just makes me want to run out rightnow and do hansen

Jeff

Why does "Blue" have to be a black lab though....? Nette and I have come to the conclusion that Liberty will live 4 EVER...

Lo

Thanks Cindy! You did great too~

Nette

OMG! I just read the story about "Blue" and I am soooo sad. Nothing can ever happen to Liberty, I would be heart broken.

Lori and Lisa I am so proud of your accomplishments. You two look great! =)

Sampson

Hansen is the worst wod ever but I am glad I did it and thanks for keeping me going Tony little I mean Cindy, and also ed, and Lo.

Cindy

You did great Sampson! Good job on finishing and you did it in good time even with a puke break! (Joe will be very proud of you for that)
I was very impressed with Steve who only had time to finish 3 rounds yesterday and came back today to start Hansen all over again!
Not only that, but he finished his first 3 rounds 2 minutes faster than yesterday!
Almost as crazy as that was DJ doing burpees along side during Steve's last round even though he had just finished Hansen and looked like he was about to collapse!
Great Job everyone.
