Last night I announced the Biggest Loser, but I think it is only fair I mention two lovely ladies that worked very hard to achieve very similar goals- Lori and Lisa C. Both of these ladies have worked very hard over the past months (even before the Biggest Loser contest started) going from jumping pull-ups through all the bands. Next, we are going to start working on the KIP! For "Tabata Something Else" Lori worked through all 8 rounds with NO band- her chin is very close to the bar! Lisa C. has come a long way, remember how she hated running, she is doing so much better at it, and I love watching her SPRINT to a finish!

I love that I have a picture of them doing them same lift and how happy everyone is around them, cheering them on! (Due to cropping you can't see DJ and the rest in Lori's- but Liberty sure is happy!)
Thursday, July 30 is the SF Giants baseball game, THERE WILL BE NO AFTERNOON CLASSES THIS DAY! PLEASE MAKE A NOTE! For those of you going- we are planning to meet at the gym at 2pm to carpool- we will drive in and split parking amongst those in the cars. ***I have one ticket for sale if anyone is interested!!! $25.00!!! I will be at the gym tomorrow morning, first to pay gets it.***
WOD for 07262009
Rest- or pay what you owe. "Hansen" comes highly recommended.

I just read the article from the main site- "blue"....now crying and ready for bed. I LOVE ZIGGY, BRUCE AND LADY! See you guys tomorrow.

Liberty looks HAPPY? Looks to me like a vicious attack dog ready to pounce!
Good job on the improvements ladies!
Oh, and I definitely hope to catch a ride to the ballpark, as I fully intend on getting HAMMERED!!! (Don't worry, I'll make sure to wear my CROSSFIT SOLANO shirt, so everyone knows where I'm from!)
We should tailgate as well.

I think everyone that shows up for the rest day should do Hansen.
It is a WOD that everyone should have the opportunity to experience.
I promise it is lots of fun.
I didn't taste vomit in my mouth until the 5th round and about the same time Josh was wishing he was still in bed with pneumonia.
Like I said...lots of fun. Try it.
Lo did a great job and finished first and she was the only one out of the 3 of us doing it RX.
Good Job Lo!

OMG! I just read the story about "Blue" and I am soooo sad. Nothing can ever happen to Liberty, I would be heart broken.
Lori and Lisa I am so proud of your accomplishments. You two look great! =)

You did great Sampson! Good job on finishing and you did it in good time even with a puke break! (Joe will be very proud of you for that)
I was very impressed with Steve who only had time to finish 3 rounds yesterday and came back today to start Hansen all over again!
Not only that, but he finished his first 3 rounds 2 minutes faster than yesterday!
Almost as crazy as that was DJ doing burpees along side during Steve's last round even though he had just finished Hansen and looked like he was about to collapse!
Great Job everyone.
