CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Lo

I never started off with where I am- I started with jumping pull ups, knee push ups and light weight. I am proud of all the women at our gym that have gone through the different transitions and look forward to the many more to follow. Don't be discouraged, I know sometimes it feels like you wont get it or you aren't strong enough- trust me when I tell you it's all practice and coming in regularly, YOU WILL GET IT =)
Everyone have a fun and safe holiday, I look forward to seeing you Monday.

Way to go Trinia, on to muscle ups!!!! I don't know about you, but with the gym being closed I need to find a new location to get my fix! 400m tracks are all over the place i.e. high school/middle schools/ colleges. This at home WOD can even be done on a treadmill (snooze) Lo, Where's the poop is so 2008. WHERE'S THE CALAMINE?

Maris

I finally got to make up my 5K today. It was a nice distraction from recent events. I haven’t run the 5K route from my house in months. I felt pretty good and tore it up. Crossfit and its devotees are amazing!

Nice job Trina!

aimee

Good job Trina!!! I am SOOO proud of you!!

Suz

Good job Trina! I had hoped to have my pull-ups down by the end of June, but it'll take a little longer after being sidelined from my cold. I can't til Monday night...four WOD's in two weeks sucks...I'm going to make-up the 5k tomorrow morning and do the 400m run/burpee WOD on Sunday....I really want to do the Filthy 50 so hopefully I can make that up next rest day....

ANGRY

Trina, great job!!!!!! I am so very excited for you!!!!
