CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

And Mariano is just doing his best Lt. Dan impression :)

Lo

MattLynn

We are down for the 6am classes! :) I think we would be interested in attending this years games ...but let me confirm with Matt first...(babe, if you're reading this, please reply... :) thank yooouu!)

MattLynn

Just an FYI ~ for those who are running in the Davis Stampede this weekend ~ I'm going to be in Davis this Saturday from 9am-3pm...if you'd like me to pick up your packets for you, just let me know... save you guys a trip... :)

Connie

Count me in for the 6:00 classes M, W, F

MattLynn

Hi all from Kyrgyzstan. I had three people do a WOD with me today, 30# (each hand) DB Thrusters and Push ups 21, 18, 15, 12, 9 and Tabata situps. They have taken a sip of the Koolaid and they like it. It is confirmed we will be going to the games. A 6 am class would kick ass. Matt T

Jeff

Nette and I will most likey be at the games, just gotta see about that stupid work thing first hahaha....

6am...sorry but this man will be a grump so count me out hahahaha....

saki

I'll for sure be there with the Boo but we don't know about Ed's schedule yet. It's going to be a LOOOOOONG weekend. Just glad it's not my b-day weekend this year.

6am?! That would mean leaving the house around 520am...no bueno. But thanks, Lo, for offering the class. :)

Lori Lee

Hey All,...(special hello to Matt - stay safe studley!!)

As we are chatting about fun events and making RSVPs, its Fight Night this Sat.!! All welcome anytime after 1800...fights start at 1900.

FYI, as many of us are trying to be "good" and don't want this to be THE reason for falling off of the Paleo or Zone wagon, the main course is likely to be baked chicken veggies, and fruits.

That's not to say however that folks can't bring the usual rice crispy treats, cookies, chips & dips, pizza or whatever if you prefer!!!! Oh yeah and BYOB...water and sodas will be provided as usual.

So, please post to comments by Sat am for the shopping / cooking head count.

Thanks all and love ya!
Yodi

Lo

it's going to be my birthday weekend!! someone better bring cake!

Lori Lee

Sounds like we have a couple of Birthdays in the box the celebrate!!!!! So Lo Lo,...is there a Zone friendly cake to bake????
xoxox
Yodi

Suz

Forget the Zone friendly cake..I'm bringing Lo a Paradise cake from Rosana's... You'll have to ask her if she'll share...Ha Ha...

Evan "CG"

I'd love to join in on the fight festivities Saturday night. Can someone advise as to where the convening location is??

Evan (apparently now dubbed "CG") ;)

Lo

I hope I didn't confuse any of you, but I ment in July (re: Sakura's post). No birthday this weekend =/ Just HALIE! Happy Birthday Halie!

Suz, I will take that cake in July, it is my fav you know!

saki

Lol. Yeah, our b-days are in July. For '09 my b-day was during the Games and this year Lo's is.

Even--are you Coast Guard? What am I missing?

Evan "CG"

haha, no, not coast guard. "cg" is for CrossFit Guy. I have a tattoo of "bg" on my ribcage. it was a college nickname (baseball guy). Lo asked about it one day, and dubbed me "cg" Not sure just yet if I'm going to get a matching tattoo on the other side, but i'm definitely addicted to the box already.

Lori Lee

Better watch out "CG"...aka's have a tentency to stick to folks around here!! FYI fights are at my place in FF,..trainers and most folks can help direct ya or whats you # and I can text you the info.,.....
Yodi

Suz

Well Happy Birthday Matt! And Happy birthday Halie!!!

Darn Lo, I guess I'll have to wait until July to get the Paradise cake..You think it will melt in the heat at the Games...probably lol...I'll have to bring an ice chest just for the cake!!

BEEM

Happy birthday Matt!

Pretty stoked Evan put his number out there for all to see. I am hollering at that for sure.

Since I am about to leave I don't think I will be attending any 6 a.m. classes.

I have my last Squadron basketball game tonight at 5:30 so see whoever is there for the 7o clock class!

Lo

Good Luck Stacey!

Evan aka CG (btw your welcome) stands for "crossfit guy"...long story. It's already sticking! Too late now.

Suz, maybe we should just go get a slice of paradise cake "just because Lo is prego".

Mariano

Lori. I'm going to your casa for fight night I took my legs off in this pic so I could be lighter. .

Ugg Boots

Boy! What have I done? What luck!
