CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Seth

this was not the video I was hoping for

Seth

I'll pay someone 50 bucks to seriously give me a back massage. I'm not going to be able to move in the morning

DJ

This video creeps me out on so many levels

Seth

the FUPA on that woman is producing more energy than a Black Hole

saki

This video is somehow deeply disturbing...I don't even know where to begin...

DJ

What is the lady doing on the squat machine thingie

Lo

I have watched this video 4 times now and it scares me everytime. I am wondering if they are circus people training for their act.

Something to think about- "The Games" are the weekend of July 16th, I understand it is only Feb. but hotels/motels etc... are already filling up. I spoke with Ly (CrossFIt Vallejo) and we are good to book with them at the Ramada for approx $50/night, it is about a 15 min drive to The Ranch. Please start talking about it with your friends/family and put in for time off work. We are going to have to RSVP for the Ramada for sure by the end of the month if not sooner. When it is time to RSVP you will need to tell me how many nights you are staying, as well as provide a credit/debit card to save the room.

I'm not sure what scares me more ...the video or the fact that Lo watched it four times....LOL

Lo

it's kind of like a really bad car accident, you dont want to see a body laying on the side of the road, but you keep looking out of curiosity. i know 4 times is still a lot. i just don't get it. i almost wish there was more to the clip.

saki

I think it's the music and the fact that it's so Twilight Zone-ish. Just bizarre. I just watched it for the second time...there may be more to come. What I'm really wondering is who the two guys are that came in at the end...

didnt't make it to 13

her legs freak me out. what the hell is this?!
