It is a rest day at the box tomorrow, take sometime to let your hands and muscles recover. If you have something to "owe" there are some good ones to choose from~ I recommend "Little Eva".
Good turn out at Fight Night. Sure is different to see everyone not in workout clothes and sweating! Hope you all enjoyed your ZONE/PALEO meal. Special thanks to Suz for bringing the delicious paradise cake!
For those running tomorrow, I would like everyone interested in carpooling to meet at CFS at 6:15 am. This will allow all of us to park with one another and take a group picture for the post. Even if you have to take your own car due to planning etc...you are welcome to caravan with us.
Looking for something to do on this rest day? Maybe you don't owe a wod and really don't have too much going on before the game starts, might I suggest...

That was amazing lol

After waking up this morning at 3AM to go to my basketball game downstate at Vandenburg AFB and just walking in the door now... If I don't bring home the gold I am blaming it on my long, strenuous day today.
See everyone bright and early.

I'm so proud of Steve, Suz, Dani, Sydney, and Sean for running as a family in the 5K Race today. When I think of family functions I think that you are all are a great example.
Taryn for a girl who hated running when you first came to us you sure impressed everyone by running a 10K in converse. All the folks who specifically trained for this event were thinking "can you believe this girl is running in CHUCKS!"
Seth, Mike and Spike (it sounds like a bad cartoon) you three are beasts and it's amazing that you ran 13 plus miles in under an hour and forty minutes. ROWBOT ran the half marathon in dasiy dukes for any of you who doubt his sanity,
Stacey, Sampson, and T^6 the last time I saw you all was at the start line. Great job guys.
To my wife. You are the toughest gal (confession... I used a bad word on the run) I have ever met in my entire life. I'm pretty sure I slowed her down. The following is a conversation we had:
Me: "Lo honey your shoe... it was white it's now red what's going on?"
My wife: "Oh a blister popped at mile four, it's bleeding pretty good."
Needless to say she finished all 13 plus miles. I never, ever want to meet her in a dark alley, ever.
P.S.
Sean H. I'm going to kick your ass tomorrow.
