CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

6 a.m. class (informally known as the MattLynn hour) did great! Matt has a tough time to beat, 7:17.0!

saki

Congrats to the winners! I know both have tough schedules to maintain so I'm really proud of them because they pushed themselves to keep consistent.

It would be really cool to know what was your toughest challenge and what kept you going toward your goals.

Fathia

Yeah Lori and Shane!!! Great work and example you are to us!!
I feel like I fell off the wagon!! I haven't been there for a week!!

Suz

Great job Lori and Shane! Especially for sticking to the challenge. I think I only lasted a week this time. Winter sucks, can't wait for warmer weather!

Lori Lee

Hey All,

A special congrats to Shane--way to go partner!!!!

As so many of you already know,...I could not have done it without the awesome support and motivating environment that CFSolano has---and an especially heartfelt tip of the hat needs to go to Lo (aka Gumi)!!

Lo's prepared meals absolutely was key for me to stay on track and avoid those fast food drive thrus, as the reality is that I would not have had time to work row extra and then shop smart, cook in advance, etc too~~ THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH LOLO!! XOXOXOX

And look,...more rowing tonight--yeah!!!
Love ya--
Yodi
