CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Hey--

Wanted to say congrats to Seth, Joe Joe and Taryn....way to represent!! Sounds like it was frustrating however with the run route and I can see from the photo that Joey's legs are bloodied a bit--ouch!!!

Also, I was asked about the next Fight Night which happens to fall on Sat March 27th. Its a pretty busy day for most of our group (regionals plus Fight for Air Climb in SF) so I had not planned on it...But, ...we can always check interest and attendance as we near the date..

Hope everyone had a great weekend--see ya tomorrow as I have 2 days to make-up!! Yikes!!!

  • DOUBLE UNDER CLINIC
    Wed 12/21 at 7pm. Come learn how to master the double under. Free for CFS, $5 for non.
  • Muscle Up Clinic
    Wednesday, Dec 14 at 6:30pm CFS is offering a FREE mucle up clinic ($5 for non members). You do not have to be close to getting a muscle up to participate. Progressions and movements you can do to get closer to getting up on the rings will be covered.
  • TJ's NorCal 40s
    January 29th, 2012 must be 40-49 to compete.
  • Barbell Club
    Every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. $12 fr CFS members and $15 for non CFS members. No need to RSVP. Everyone welcome. Ask about our punch cards! 10 sessions for $100 for CFS members and 10 sessions for $120 for non-CFS members. SAVE SOME MONEY!
