CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Taryn Check out www.crossfitsantaclara.com for the results of the "Gentry Challenge" I think you would have placed. I witnessed Ricky score a 1085 score, it would have been above 1100 but he had to bail on one lift. However nailed a 185# snatch PR for his final round.

Kenny thank you for making Lori, Justine, Jennifer and I do the deadlift, push-up WOD today it was a blast and I'm looking forward to seeing that again. Also our date with "Annie" afterwards was very special, my calves thank you.

Kenny

Yeah....I'm just happy I can use work as an excuse to recover. Thanks for pushing me and making me do Annie. She's an evil thang, but have a strong feeling I'm going to have a date with her again real soon!!

This thruster/run WOD was a blast! 135# felt so light yesterday... not so light today. I don't know if the other two morning classes had the same problem but there were some serious gale force winds blowing on the back side, I felt like I was running in quick sand or with a parachute. Super pregnant lady did 85# and whopped me by a solid 10 mins. I'm scared for this bady to come out and see what she is really capable of.
