Good job to Seth, Joey and Taryn! I wish I could have been there to cheer you guys on, or maybe stand on a corner during the run telling you guys where to go...
I am so proud of Taryn who took 3rd place over all for the women! Way to go Taryn! The sectionals are just around the corner!

I missed out on the event, but was lucky enough to be "Steve" today! Suz and I went to the Nutrition class with Robb Wolf at CrossFit OneWorld. I feel like we both received a lot of useful information; if any of you are interested in continuing the Biggest Loser Challenge by staying on top of your eating, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have or share information on the Paleo diet.
WOD for 03/07/2010
"Helen"
3 Rounds for time:
400m run, 21 kettlebells swings, 12 pull-ups

Our CFS WOD is the same as the main site's WOD. How cool is that!

Way to go Taryn 3rd overall for the women, outstanding Joey and Seth, proud of all three of you.

Bryan, both Seth and Joey did really well its just that during the run there was nothing mapped out saying where to go and they both got lost. Judging by when seth left for his run and how fast he is it really looked like he coulda took the whole thing.
Great job to 3 of you!

What a shoddy way to run a competition! Course not even mapped out? I guess their people needed an advantage somehow....Great job anyways guys!

So, I am guessing there is a story behind the "new name", no one has filled me in yet...but I did notice they decided to change Taryn to Teryn =) A day of name changes!!

Happy birthday Denise and Jason!!! I hope you have a wonderful day involving cake!!

Not only did he run to San Jose and back, he still got back before some of the other people in his heat.
For the extra running all of you did, you still got pretty good ending times.
And Joey, I think you get the award for the most blood shed. When you left for your run, your deadlift bar had a good amount of blood on it.
It was a lot of fun to watch all 3 of you.
