CrossFit Solano Kids

  • CrossFit Kids (CFK) combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and co- ordination. The elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CFK, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Please Note for the Nor Cal Sectional's:

Spectators are now 2 for 1. If you have already purchased a pass, print it out and bring a friend to the event. If you have not purchased a pass, find a friend and split the cost.

The Santa Clara site. But they did the same thing with the SoCal Sectionals because people were complaining it was too expensive. I'm sure they will post it soon. Otherwise, go here: http://crossfitsantaclara.com/ Look at the March 16 entry.
