Checking your ego at the door can be hard. Sometimes we compare ourselves a little too closely with the person next to us or the names on the board. Listen to trainer's advice when they think you should or shouldn't do a certain weight or perform a certain movement. I promise we are not making these judgment calls to "keep you down", we have your best interest at hand.
Today's WOD shocked a lot of people! Who knew the reps would get so hard, so fast! Great job to everyone who worked hard and battled all the way to the end. I am sure no one thought they were going to have such a hard time strict pressing 55, 45, and 35 lbs!
Check out the determination on Brooklyn's face to finish (55#)!
If you missed today, you should really make it up!!

The Santa Clara site. But they did the same thing with the SoCal Sectionals because people were complaining it was too expensive. I'm sure they will post it soon. Otherwise, go here: http://crossfitsantaclara.com/ Look at the March 16 entry.
