Today's WOD left a lot of folks with a headache. Traditionally speaking a post WOD Brew would be in order however a lot of us are in the Paleo Challenge and are staying away from the brews and other delicious Carbs. So the question remains what to have handy post workout. Here's a pic of a pretty good kit:
1.) Protein~Progenex Recovery Chocolate Protein is the bomb! Besides CFS is getting this stuff for a killer deal. Mix this with some ice cold coconut water (which by the way is natures Gatorade) and you will be fueling your muscles as well as getting re-hydrated.
2.) If your diet is shy fats or you're going to do back to back WOD's not a bad idea to throw in some extra fats and Carbs like these single servings of Almond Butter (Think peanut butter but different) and fruit (applesauce). If you are competing in the weeks to come or have to WOD and travel it's always wise to pack snacks to get you through the next event or to the next destination.

Where would one get the Blue Monkey "slimey" water? Is it any better than the other coconut waters? I've never tried it in a protein shake.
