WHAT TO EXPECT
Each class typically has two trainers to watch form and aid in instruction. During this class participants of the On-Ramp program will enjoy a group warm-up, instruction on Olympic lifts, body weight movements, the CrossFit philosophy, and nutrition. The class ends with a CrossFit Workout of the day (WOD).
COST
The price for the On-Ramp program is $60. Upon completion of the On-Ramp Program this fee can be applied towards your first month's membership (minimum of a signed six month contract).
CLOTHING AND HYDRATION
Wear comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. Bring water to drink, make sure to pack an extra bottle for after the workout. We have water for purchase on site should you forget.
FAQ
"How long are the classes?"
Each class last approximately an hour but give yourself an hour and 15 minutes to and an hour and a half. This is in case the class runs a little over or you need some extra recovery time before driving home.
"What happens if I miss a class?"
This is strongly discouraged as each class builds upon the next. We are committed to giving you the best opportunity to change your life and we expect the same commitment.
"Why do I have to do the On-Ramp program?"
The On-Ramp program allows you to learn CrossFit workouts and allows us as trainers to learn about you. Crossfit by design is scalable for everyone from the Elite Level athlete to the person who has never worked out before. The On-Ramp program gives you a base of knowledge so that when you enter into the main classes you are comfortable with the movements and style of workouts.
Do you have childcare?
To give you the best experience we recommend that you leave the little ones at home. However CrossFit Solano has a kids area with TV, DVD Player and couch for the kids who can entertain themselves for the duration of the class.

What if I'm still not sure?

"What if the On-Ramp schedule doesn't fit around my work schedule(i.e. I work nights, I need a morning slot, etc)?"
