You do not need to pay in advance to participate, simply reply to this email to reserve your spot and pay on your first day (Visa or Mastercard).
**If you cannot make one of the above days/times, you can schedule a one on one make up with a trainer for an additional $20 per make up. This needs to be scheduled through myself (Lauren), so please email or call if a make-up is needed.
